Offer Details

This promotional card may be redeemed for one of the following discounts:

  • $50 off custom foot orthoses, or
  • $200 off custom footwear

The card may also be given to a friend. When a referred friend redeems the card, both the original cardholder and the referred patient are eligible to receive the same discount on their next qualifying purchase, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

  • This offer is valid for private-pay patients only.
  • Insurance, Medicare, MassHealth, or any third-party payer claims are not eligible for this promotion.
  • The discount applies only to qualifying custom products provided by Bond Shoe and Foot.
  • One discount per patient, per qualifying purchase.

Redemption and Referral Terms

  • The physical promotional card must be presented at the time of order to redeem the discount.
  • Referral discounts apply only after the referred patient completes a qualifying purchase.
  • Discounts may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special pricing.
  • The offer has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

Product and Service Limitations

  • Discounts apply only to new custom foot orthoses or new custom footwear orders.
  • The promotion does not apply to repairs, modifications, adjustments, accessories, or non-custom retail items.
  • Any additional services or products not explicitly covered by the promotion will be billed at standard rates.

Timing and Availability

  • This is a limited-time offer. Bond Shoe and Foot reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Orders must be placed within the promotional period to qualify, regardless of delivery date.

General Conditions

  • Bond Shoe and Foot reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse redemption if the terms are not met.
  • Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
  • Fraudulent use or duplication of the card will void the offer.
